Refund Policy
IMPORTANT:
If possible, please record a video when opening your packages. Claims for defects, damages, missing items, or wrong items without evidence will not be prioritized. We always inspect products before shipping them.
Order Cancellation
- All orders can be canceled until they are handed over to the carrier. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
- Our order processing time is 1-2 days, and customers can cancel their order within 24 hours.
- Note: If a customer requests to cancel the order before it has been shipped and within the time specified on the website, the order can be canceled.
Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days to request a return after receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Items returned to us without prior return instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method.
Note: It may take 7–14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7–14 business days after receiving the return or cancellation request.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or PayPal balance again (the transaction may be delayed).
- Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

Shipping Costs/Restocking Fee

- Email us with your order number for more information.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs if there are no quality issues with the product due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, wrong color/size chosen).
- MAQILL® will cover return shipping costs if:
- The item is defective/damaged.
- The item is missing parts.
- The wrong item was sent.
- No restocking fees will be charged.
