We ship orders on weekdays, Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time is 7 to 15 days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends.
Ensure all delivery information is correct. If there are errors and/or missing details, you may be asked to contact us to update the delivery details, which could cause delays in order delivery. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
Your order will be delivered to you by a local postal service.
Please fill in your address completely; otherwise, the package will unfortunately be returned to us.
How do I place an order?
- Select the desired category (women, men, children, etc.) and the type of product you want (clothing, bags, home items, etc.).
- View the product you are interested in and click on the images to see all the details. On the product page, you can also view the size chart (with values in centimeters), available colors, material details, and associated price.
- Once you’ve chosen the right color and size, add the desired product to your cart. From here, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- Choose a delivery method.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm your order.
Shortly after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder.
When will out-of-stock products return?
If a product is out of stock, we will try to contact the supplier to resolve the issue. If the product can no longer be restocked, it will be removed from our web store.
Will I receive the same product as shown in the pictures?
Yes, except for handmade products where small differences may occur in the final product.
How can I confirm my order was placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email if you provided your email address correctly. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team at contact@maqill.com
Can I remove items from my cart?
Yes. You can delete any items added to your cart as long as you have not completed your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows it (before it has been shipped). To cancel an order, please contact us at contact@maqill.com
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
MAQILL® only sells products in perfect condition. In rare cases where there is an issue with a received product, please contact us at contact@maqill.com
